Practice

 

Activity 1

 

  1. Drawing description: one student describes an image to his partner, who draws it as accurately as possible. (material 1)

  2. Afterwards, the students compare the drawing the image with the class.

  3. The class votes on the best reproduction

  4. Students switch roles and do the same task with a different image.

 

Activity 2

  1. Have students write down a description of their favorite place. It could be their room, home, part, etc.

  2. After students have completed their written descriptions, collect the papers and redistribute them randomly.

  3. Each student should read his or her classmate´s description and draw a representation of that place.

  4. Them return the drawing to the original student.

  5. Go around the room asking whether or not the drawing matches what the description.

Activity 3

  1. Take some photos of a scene. (material 2)

  2. Retake the photo of the same scene with a few alterations. The students can be identified the difference.

 

Production

Classroom debate

  1. The students explain their ideas about photograph. (material 3)

  2. Pick teams and roles.

  3. The students for the next class consult the topic and write a paper about the war.
